This place is fairly nice. But be warned to some drawbacks.

1. KIDS KIDS AND MORE KIDS. This is a prime location for many families since they offer 3 bedroom apartments. This means there are a lot of kids in the neighborhood.

2. Don't get an apartment that backs up onto another one. The center apartments are really close together and your neighbors can see in unless you keep the shades closed. Best to get one on the outer circle.

3. Middlesex management is not the best management company. They tend to not replace old or worn out items. My place has cracked tile and the bathroom floor needs to be regrouted but they wont do anything until a tile falls out. Carpet is cheap and looks worn out from day one. They also use a amature who slops the varnish on the hardwood floors so you have baseboards with stains all over.

4. The kitchen design is poor, the pantry is only 12 inches wide and 3 feet deep, unless you have an eating disorder, you cant get into the pantry to put anything away.

5. The rental lady is very nice and works to get people in. (Come here my darling, and sign your lease).

So if you can get a good outside apartment, you might like this place. Also get a deal to move in. We got 2 month free rent.
