They do not fix things on time. They have put very old creaky refrigerator and the bathroom tiles keep falling. They replaced the fridge with another old one from an empty apartment. So the guy who moves in that empty apartment will suffer. Water leaked numerous times from the third floor to the drawing room on second room. They still did not replace the falling tiles. The maintenance person always says that today is this holiday or that holiday and then comes back after two days. If you call the Management Office in Woodbridge, no body picks up the phone for hours. If someone rarely picks up, it is one person Walter, who says he is very busy, speaks extremely rudely and hangs-up the phone mid-way. Very bad experience with this management. There are kids, 15 to 20 year olds, who play baseball and football. Recently one neighbour's car was hit by football and had a dent. The security car comes only a few times and then the kids again start playing where the cars are parked. A lot of families with smaller children or young couples who were living here for many years, moved Out this year. There is no month-by-month lease option for a fee, as in some other colonies in NJ - so if you get in, you are stuck for one full year. For this high a rent, one would atleast expect basic maintenance and courteous service. The management should hire some decent folks at its woodbridge office - who can speak clearly and decently to people on phone. Currently, they speak as if they are doing a favor to the customer, just by picking up the phone.
