Black Families should lear to control their kids and I mean 15 - 20 year old...so not technically kids...The place looks good at first till you realize that you can hear everyting thats going around in other apartments around you.
The place is mess with Black Families littering the lawn and poor super has to clean up, he is very patient.
I would not recommend this neighborhood for family looking for a safety and peace.
Totally agree with the earlier reveiw....I moved in a little over 8 months and cannot wait till this lease ends so I can move out.

FIRST OF ALL LEARN HOW TO SPELL. AS A BLACK PERSON WHO LIVES AROUND MOSTLY WHITES I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT THEIR KIDS ARE ALSO LOUD AND MISBEHAVED. THIS IS NOT THE 1800'S. IT IS 2007 SOME PEOPLE BE IT ASIAN, BLACK, WHITE OR HISPANIC ARE RUDE AND IGNORANT BUT THAT'S LIFE. CLAERLY YOU YOURSELF ARE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE!!THE SUPER GETS PAID TO KEEP THE GROUNDS CLEAN DESPITE WHO THE MESS IS MADE BY.I AM TRULY DISGUSTED BY YOUR IGNORANCE!!!
