This is my 6th apartment in as many years, and no doubt the worst one. The walls and the roof above you are all paper thin. Add to that families with noisy kids jumping over them, and throwing stuff on the floor at late hours. You've got a perfect place to be called 'HELL'! I don't remember if I ever got a sound sleep here. My performance at work has been severely affected and I've resorted to sleeping in the living room despite having a 2 bedroom apartment. The neighbours above the living room are nicer than the ones above the bedrooms. They usually don't make any noise after 12 in the night, till 6am in the morning (only on weekdays). The noise over the bedrooms is there all night, probably because the family is Indian and their kids are somehow on the Indian time! (To dispel any racist thoughts, I'm an Asian Indian myself).

Complaining the management never helps. I've called cops on my neighbour, complained twice to the middlesex mgmt, and requested/cajoled/screamed on my neigbour. Nothing works and the neigbour above pretty much knows that I cannot do anything about it. He told me once that he moved to the floor above after living in my apartment and not being able to bear the noise!! All he hears now are the walls banging and the ground beneath him squeaking. I'm sure he gets some kind of sadistic pleasure jumping at odd hours and ruining my peace.

You'll also be asked for 5-10 dollars by kids (not going to name the race here) who look like wanting to hit you if you don't give them anything. Oh and I forgot to mention that my car was broken into one night.

You should rent these apartments if:
1. You are a crackhead who doesn't go to work and needs people like yourself all day to roam around.
2. You like spiders dropping into your dinner every now and then.
3. You love watching small roaches in the bathroom before having a bath.
4. You like listening to a variety of TV shows in languages you don't understand through your walls.
5. You never sleep...

I hope this feedback seriously dissuades you from ending up in this gutter and being stuck for a year like me. I just can't wait to get out of here.
