i live across the street at forest view. both properties are owned by the same company. i have lived here for a few years and had a few minor problems, lots of kids and families but for the most part we like it here. my kids can roam free and feel comfortable and safe within the community. they have security here, although it maybe a security company but it is effective. the rates on rentals are reasonable, the playground needs an update. all in all we are happy here

I stayed in forest view for 2 yrs and then moved out.Security is a joke here, check the papers and there are reports of 3-4 break in last 2-3 months.At occasion the tenants were inside the apartment.
Apartments are good but not safe at all.Management sucks, supposed to put close circuit camera, but never happened.
