We have been staying here for over 3 years now. In terms of convenience & peaceful setup, this complex is great. Access is 3 miles from NJ turnpike exit 12, Route 1 is within 2 miles. Avenel, Rahway and Woodbridge train stations are within 2.5 miles which is great for NY commuters. You can take both major NJ Transit trains if you stay here.
Security is a concern as our neighbouring apartment got broken in at 11 AM! Of course, they didn't put the second lock and made it easy. We have heard of a few other thefts and one case of mugging over the past 3 years. We have moved around round the clock and there have been no fear or anything either walking or driving in at odd hours. Greenery is good.
Parking is abundant. We have parked car for over a month once going out on vacation without issues.
Super is a bit cranky. Service is provided well, but the usual English comprehension issues.
Overall, a little bit expensive, but one of the best places around Woodbridge & Rahway areas.
