Not a good place if you have family or alone - Heard of Somali Pirates

Both cases its not a good place. If you live alone or no one is home during the day these somali pirates roaming in the complex will break in in your house and if you have family, you will be worried about them all day, as these bunch of uncontrolable black kids ( I am not sure if they have family or where they live) will make their life miserable.
Management is not even interested in listning, City police is helpless and last 6 months have been really bad. I have heard about a breakin or mugging every week.

I am planning to move.

I completely agree, in the last 2 months there has been 3 -4 break in.Do not stay in this apartment.The cops are useless could not solve any of the cases.
Do not get fooled by the look of the apartment, try visiting in the evening(specially summer) and you will get to see group of uncontrollable kids roaming around.
