The management staff is very DISRESPECTFUL and very RUDE. The place is rat and roach infested. The plumbing is poor. There are always leaks, sink, tub, toilet back ups, etc. The electrical wiring damages your appliances. When it rains, you lose phone service and if you try to use your phone, it ends up dialing the police!!''' The laundry room is very poorly kept - there is always an overflow of garbage in there, no one seems to clean it. They do send exterminators but when they come, they seem to call out all the roaches so the condition worsens. The maintenance staff even though they are not great English speakers are very nice and they respond quickly to the problem but the management SUCKS! I would prefer to deal with the plumbing, infestation and electrical wiring problem than to deal with them. They are a set of low life, corrupt bill collectors!
