Bed bugs, roaches, rats

This apartment is very poor in pest control. I've been having huge bed bug problem for the past 4 months and this house is pretty old and full of cracks and holes, so its almost impossible to control any pest in this apartment. The exterminator hired by this management is useless person who just spends 4-5 minutes for bed bug treatment spraying a useless chemical which harms the kids.
