A huge gang problem at night with people getting chased throughout the neighborhood with guns, machetes, knives, bats, etc.
If you have kids don't live their because their was always older kids and teens who are a bad influence
Alot of drug dealers and noisy neighbors.
A huge problem of people getting robbed all the time and violent kids.
the tenants don't care.
and a ton of bad kids in the neighborhood.
Gang members coming out at night and having meetings and drinking and smoking gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
