The Walters Group which is the owner of Atlantic Heights along with West Chester Commons and College Arms Apartments in West Chester,PA. --------- one of the owners of The Walters Group does not practice good employment ethics. The turnover rate in employment for the West Chester Commons project is 400%, he has fired 3 Managers and most recently the Director of Operations. A company with this turnover rate says something about how they make business decisions
