I read the other reviews and had (thankfully) and good experience. I only moved out when I purchased my house (about 3 blocks away). The place is older but was taken care of (my refrigerator died and I had a new one delivered within hours-the maintenance guy even moved over my food!) The staff is great and really helpful! Rent is cheap, school system is great and its quiet and safe.
I got every penny of my deposit back!!!


I was lucky; I had the best neighbors that made my experience a really good one!
