never knew it got this bad

i used to live in the willows in 1202 apt 4 then when the blizzard of 1993 we moved across the hallway to apartment 3. i moved to GA on June 7,1995. the apartment was going for $800.00 a month last time i heard. i think its bad that it is going down the drain was good back then i guess criminals are running it now.
