First of all, before I moved in I was never shown the apartment. I later found out why. After I signed the lease,the office woman informed me that "there were a few things she noticed weren't right yet with the apartment and to write them down on my move in sheet to get fixed." THESE THINGS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE I MOVED IN!!!!The day I moved in the apartment was NEVER CLEANED!!! It was disgusting. My windows were level with the ground and were either broken or without locks. The first day when I moved in, I went straight back to the office, not even 10 minutes later, to tell them my issues and I was pretty much brushed off. The last straw was when on a Tuesday night I came home to my kitchen with 2 dead roaches, a dead ant, and an unidentifiable bug all on the floor. I called the office and she told me the exterminator comes in on Thursdays. She wanted me live with roaches in my kitchen until Thursday!! I said, no, get someone now. She got exasperated and said she guess she could send the maintience man to bomb my kitchen, but that he was going to bomb my kitchen only.
I finally got to speak to the manager after a week of living there and by the time I got to the roaches I thought her eyes were going to pop out of her head. They moved me to a completly different apartment complex. The one I'm at is better, but I'm still looking to move as soon as possible.
