This place has been a nightmare from the start. From the opium den on the third floor to the ROACHES, the shower wall completely collapsing and maintenance coming a week later, to the numerous broken locks on windows, oh, the group of banderos downstairs who play salsa and the same THE SAME led zepplin tape over and over... oh, the gentleman on the first floor who smokes crack in the side entrance (inside), the other gentleman (also a friend of tyrone biggins) who likes to smoke, cook and pass out (barrington FD has been here twice to clear out the smoke in eleven months), the people next door who were evicted two months ago and the rotting food has yet to be cleaned out... the leaks in the ceiling, the bad plowing, or better yet- the lack thereof, the losers who constantly honk there horn ignorantly instead of using the entrance IT'S LEFT WIDE OPEN FOR YOU, no security locks, the failure that is our building manager, with bad skin and a worse attitude (I hate seeing cellulite through womens pants), the abundance of empty space in which you can not park, the missing speed bump that was plowed away, the building next to me which had collapsed three winters ago which they are starting to fix now, no grass, no sunshine, too much crack smoke to even notice. GOD HELP YOU, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. oh, get a crime report at the PD and zone in on the incidents here at the willows if you don't believe everything that you read.

it sounds like i live in the same building you used to, and yes you can still see the cellulite! Still many giant potholes. The crackhead in the basement is gone but i still find little crack baggies in the dirt and even on the "playground". Not only is the building in poor condition (cracks in the walls & cealing, peeling paint, old carpet, windows are not sealed at all, very old a.c., baseboard heaters falling apart, sagging counters, dirty hallways) but there is horrible landscaping, dead trees and bushes and the woods in the back is FILLED with trash....i saw 4 shopping carts and a bike within 100 of the sewer-stream. I have found wasps in my bedroom a number of times and other strange flying bugs that i have never seen before. This building is HOT at all times with no ventilation whatsoever. People here are dirty and dont clean up after themselves, ex: someone dropped blueberries all over the staircase last week and it stayed there for 5 days. CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! i have been here for 4 years. the first 2 years my rent stayed the same then last year it went up $25 which i can deal with. The letter i just got in the mail stated my rent would be going up another $119 a month!! They claim it is the going rate for apartments and that they will be making renovations...bull. Needless to say..i am not happy and plan to leave this hellhole when my lease is over. Do not under any circumstances move to this complex or any other property owned by Morgan.

Hello SarahNotHappy, It sounds like this place is so not desirable. If I can suggest an opportunity to own instead of renting would that interest you. I work with Coldwell Banker Elite Realtors and with what our mortgage company is offering first time home buyers "if you qualify" there is a Tax Credit of $7500. and the interest rates are at all time low.
