The apartments are nice at a resonable price. I have lived there for over six months and have yet to meet the person across the hall, or anyone else for that matter. The floor boards need to be replaced - the squeak all over. You can also hear the people above you - EVERYTHING!!! There are a few apartments with MANY people living in them, and when you mention it to the office, they just don't seem to care that it is a violation of number of persons in an apartment. Maintenance is quick to repair and do not leave a mess. Most of the office staff is nice, but, as everywhere, you have your nasties. I do like living there.

Yes I agree, you can here EVERYTHING, and there are many people living in one apartment. Yes the office turns a cheek, but as long as they get their rent, they do not care. Some are LOUD and NASTY, rent is not bad, but I will not stay. Maybe corporate should come and see who lives in them.
