bad mold bad manager this place really rots, they bleed you for rent. wish I never moved here. They won't move us to sa smaller apartment so they can bleed the extra 300 a month. Been waiting 8 months. won't fix the mold problem pot holes are so huge my corrola will fit in them

never knew it got this bad i used to live in the willows in 1202 apt 4 then when the blizzard of 1993 we moved across the hallway to apartment 3. i moved to GA on June 7,1995. the apartment was going for $800.00 a month last time i heard. i think its bad that it is going down the drain was good

Terrible place Not a good place, maintenance is terrible, if you report something broken, it takes about 2 to 3 months to come out and fix it, or do it yourself, staff not polite, and they charge you for every little thing when you move out, they lie and only want your money, they don´t care
