Great Place!! This place is pretty good to live in. Can occasionally hear the up stairs neighbors but never the ones next to us. Parking can be difficult. Other than that, great staff and great apartment!! Very spacious!! Has a pool and BBQ things too!

Great place to live This place is great! The staff is very friendly. The property is well maintained and very clean. There is a lot of parking. The apartment is huge! A lot of windows and natural light comes in. Tons of closet space. Brand new appliances. Would recommend this property to anyone!

This place is getting really bad Don't think about moving into this complex. The scum that is in the back apartments are awful. The only nice building is the 1200 buildings, because the office workers live in them and maintenance also.

Yuck Yuck, Yuck, Yuck. Back apartments are horrible. Rent is OK, but not for the apartment and noise you get. One maintenance is a dirt bag and useless. Grounds are horrible and the people that live there, well, you can decide for yourself.
Alot of drugs.

bad mold bad manager this place really rots, they bleed you for rent. wish I never moved here. They won't move us to sa smaller apartment so they can bleed the extra 300 a month. Been waiting 8 months. won't fix the mold problem pot holes are so huge my corrola will fit in them

never knew it got this bad i used to live in the willows in 1202 apt 4 then when the blizzard of 1993 we moved across the hallway to apartment 3. i moved to GA on June 7,1995. the apartment was going for $800.00 a month last time i heard. i think its bad that it is going down the drain was good
