Amazing NY views, many large windows. Beautiful and modern decor. Rent includes all utilities, pool, and 1 car parking. Central a/c and heating included. Cable will soon be included and the building managment is considering a doorman/doorwoman. Alternate monthly parking available for additional cars one block away and across the street.
