You are better off living and renting someplace else. Who needs all their amenities when you cannot even leave your things and go to work or vacation with peace of mind' The building is very old where pipes leaks causing major flood and damage in the ceiling and walls. Basement easily floods when it rains due to clogged drainage.There were mice and cockroaches from laundry to elevators to your apartment! Often no hot water in the morning when everyone seems to be needing them the most. Inconsistent heat system in the winter and unpredictable a/c during summer. The people who bought their condos are now disappointed and can't even find buyers to sell them, so they resort to renting them out, and when bad situations like these happens, they don't get any support from the management. Don't hesitate to ask people around, I bet they would not think twice in telling you the truth!
