I thoroughly enjoy living here. Our view is amazing and we have a beautiful condo unit here. Parking is nice to have but spots are too small for a full size sedan. They are more appropriately sized for a sub-compact. The only real complaint that I have is that the building is not so secure. We do have locked entry in the lobby but its often left open by the residents so strangers are able to just come in. We have had our door to our condo vandalized because of this. the rear door from the parking lot is also constantly left open during the summer months so that the people using the pool have access to the inside restrooms.
All in all, its a great building to live in but there are a few draw backs.
