I wasn't here for last management but the new management has really made me feel good about living here. The apartments are large and have relatively new appliances, but many of the buildings need work on the exterior. Snow removal is adequate. Heating is ok but cooler in bedrooms because thermostat is in hallway. I have had nothing but excellent neighbors. Overall a good place to be.
