Ive been here for over a year and have never had a major problem...maintenance is great. Grounds could look a little nicer but inside is so nice and big! Its under new management now and I can tell they will continue to make improvements and changes. I got lucky and had decent neighbors:)But it's like anywhere...theres always the chance of having weirdo neighbors in an apartment complex...but I , as a young single woman living alone--ALWAYS felt very safe here. Wish I could stay...but need to find something less expensive.
