I ve lived here for 9 months now, and have no major issues with the place or management. The apartments are large, with spacious rooms, and I love the washer/dryer in the unit. All the appliances are nice. Parking has never been a problem. The tenants around my unit are relatively quiet (it is an apartment, so there will always be some noise). Another reviewer mentioned the police always being in the neighborhood, but the only time I have noticed them is when they were just driving through, and I see that as a positive. I have only needed maintenance once, and the reply was fast and efficient. The problem was fixed in minutes and I haven t had any trouble since. The office staff is super nice. If I had to find fault with the place, the only two things I can come up with are: watch where you step in the grassy areas, there are a lot of animal droppings; and the bedrooms are always cold. We had a problem with rusty stairs, but they have since been replaced. I would definitely recommend Hidden Creek.
