Many Unsupervised Children

There are so many children outside with no parental supervision. They ride around the development on their bikes behind your car as you try and pull out of a parking space; jump on the mailboxes, scratch them up and try and open individual mailboxes; ride bikes around stairwell on first floor even though they don't live in building; run up and down stairs in buildings they don't live in; try and crawl in sewers; scratch people's cars with bikes...on and on. If you don't mind that sort of thing, by all means, move in. They seem to have a lot of empty apartments. Myself, I'm not staying beyond the end of my lease. I feel like I live in a trailer park here.

ya know...back in the 80's no one even gave two craps about stuff like that. now it seems all we do is knit pick over everything. they're kids, they need to blow off steam too.
just ask them to move so you can back out. no biggie

I stand by my comments. A neighbor of mine did ask a child to move from behind her car and the child just stood there looking at her like she didn't know what she was talking about. Apparently, these type of things don't bother you, so it sounds like you would find this place to your liking. To each his own... but, if someone's child is ever hurt, the parents are going to point the finger at everyone but themselves.
