Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999
When we first moved in the tile floor in the kitchen was disgusting and sticky it took 3 tries before we could get it off...the cabnets are disgustingly dirty and the toilet would overflow at the drop of a hat..all the damages such as paint chipping and the above were in the apartment before we moved in. When we left a short 2 months later we were chargedwith all the damage that was there when we moved in. Now we live in the pike run houses, the people who run pike run are rude and will fine you for having your garage door open for long periods of time..they want a nice neighborhood but after all of the codes and rules it looks like no one lives there Sam Alhashim is rude and wont help you with any problems. The roads are last to get plowed during winter storms and much more. DONT INVEST IN PIKE RUN
