I moved in to Pike Run in 2000. I would love to move out, but, can not afford it right now. There have been SOOO many incidents that are such a pain to deal with.



The parking is a disaster! There should be a designated place to park one car for each apartment. After last winter, when we didnt get plowed out for two days, there were literally fist fights to where the cops were called. All because you would spend hours shoveling out where your car was, leave for 10 minutes to run to the store, come back and there was someone else in your spot. They dont like to plow out the roads, and then after you FINALLY get your car shoveled out, they come by with the plow and push it all right back in front of your car again.



The apartments are poorly made...the walls were all scratched and the paint was horrible when I moved in. I had to clean forever just to get it to look presentable. There were marks on the sink and things broken. The tiles in the bathroom had paint in between them, which I had to dig it out of. The windows and sliding glass door had paint on them, and you could see diry handprints all over the walls and ceiling.

And another thing, why did they NOT put a plug in at the bottom of the steps on the upstairs apartments' That makes NO sense.



About the bugs, I kill so many types of bugs. Ants, spiders, carpenter ants, bugs that look like termites, etc.



About the noise, I can hear my neigbors at times. There should be a curfew which is enforced. I can hear people running up their steps, children crying, people yelling...all around me, all hours of the night. And kids hang out on the street right in front of your house all night, yelling, etc.



They finally allow people to have cats..but, if you can afford the $250.00 fee there is just to own a cat.



Dont be late getting your rent in...cause past the 5th of the month, they will charge you $50.00.



And, DONT get locked out of your apartment, no matter what you do...cause it will cost you $50.00 just to have the maintenance guy come around the corner with the key to open your door.



Things that need to change at Pike Run: the occasional bug situation...and DEFINETLY the parking.
