The apartment is better than most, but for what you pay for it, it's not really worth it.

Rent went up quite a bit in 2001. 2002 somewhat better.

Construction is good for something new, but they definitely cut corners. You can spot crooked walls, stains, dents, etc. Certain design decisions were better than others, but it's definitely a cut above anything older. You can definitely hear some noise from the other units.

Very nice kitchen with plenty of counter space and great appliances.

Washer and dryer leave a LOT to be desired, mainly because thye are designed for a small space. They are stacked and can't hold much laundry. Overload the dryer (more than a few articles of clothing), and your clothes will be wrinkled.

Definite infestation problem, but only apparent during the early summer. I had a problem with a LOT of millipedes getting into the apartment. Not a pleasant experience.

Parking and mailbox access leave a lot to be desired. Forget salted walkways when it snows.

Highway access is good mainly because the apartments are basically right on Rt. 206. Some are better than others.

Average at worst, mainly due to the high price and limited space. You pay for the area. I'm anxious for the lease to end so I can buy in a different area, I feel like I wasted a ton of money staying here.
