Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
My roomate had some small personal things stolen from the apartment by Pike Run personnel when they went in the apartment. When we talked to management about it, they laughed at us.
When we moved in, they tried to charge us for faulty phone. They eventually paid for that, but it came out of our pocket first and took months.
On the other hand, the rent was reasonable back then, and I never had any bug problems like the previous person.
