i had just moved in a few months ago and i am very dissatisfied w/just about everytihng.
when i first saw the place, it had seemed very nice and clean and the people who worked here seemed very nice as well. but when i moved in, i realized how cheap and poorly maintained everything is. i cannot even list the number of problems i have had from a broken toilet to very loud neighbors. the maintenance dept would leave a mess for me to clean up, and when i complained to the manager, sandy, she completely blew me off and said that i was over-reacting. i am very upset that i am paying $1220/mo for a tiny 1 bedroom w/ awful service. and there are so many bugs here that the exterminator doesn't help. if i am paying this much money for an apt, i should be getting quality service.i am looking for another place to live and telling all of my friends & co-workers never to rent from middlesex mngt. from the other reviews i have just read, it looks like pike run is not going to give me any of my security back either. i do hope that middlesex mngt.is reading this. this is the u.s.a. and if you continue to treat your tenants like dirt, sooner or later the word will get around and you will be out of business. for everybody else reading this, please learn from my foolish misjudgement and do not move in here.
