I live in the townhouses paying more then most people pay in a mortage and I can not get them to fix anything properly. I have not had working power outlets in over a month. My front door has had to be fixed 4 times. The bugs are everywhere. They have NO pest control. This is the worst maintance department I have ever seen. I absolutly DO NOT recommend moving into Pike Run. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up!

This is 100% TRUE! Don't forget about the drafty windows they refuse to replace. Anything extra I have to spend to insulate or kill bugs the receipt is going straight to the rental office! I called and they told me to put up the ghetto plastic up on the windows. That is not what I signed up for!
