I live at pike run for almost 5 months and I'm already looking for another apartment. I can wait till my lease expires.I leave downstairs and I could hear when my tenant run and jump stairs or do anything.the draft problem is horrible that I have to put blankets at my door to stop the cold weather from getting in. I got lock out once and they tried to charge me $50.00 to open the door.The washer and dryer is so bad that I have to spend all day drying 1 wash.they say they have a pet policy but I see dogs around here all the time.
