I'm a professional (work for Johnson & Johnson) who lived here for a year between houses during relocation. The short.. decent physical apartment, lousy management company, priced about what it's worth. The long.. Overall the apartments are large w/ nice appliances. The layouts are intelligent enough to place the noise areas as far away from your neighbors as possible. The problems. 1. Bugs - I don t mind bugs but this place must be built on a dump or reclaimed swampland. Spiders and Silverfish are everywhere, spraying works for a few weeks and they are back in force. 2. Customer Service Absolutely horrible. I wanted to know if I could switch between apartments because ours abuts the train line (wakes up baby constantly) and it took multiple phone calls and messages over several weeks time to actually get a human response and when we did absolutely nasty despite my patience. (on top of their attitude moving between apartments requires filling out all the paperwork again, submitting a new deposit, and paying both apartments rent until someone fills the previous so they absolutely will not work with you on anything) This repeated itself anytime there was a problem such as appliance that simply stopped working. They left me multiple messages asking why I was leaving the complex. I attempted to call back twice to be nice and of course could never get through. 3. Noise.. the layout is good but the walls are thin. Not so thin you live with your neighbors, but you definitely learn a bit from their conversations. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I agree totally with this tenant. I work for St. Peter's University hospital. I was in a 1 bdrm apt. Needed now 2 bedrm since my son was moving in with me and they also made fill application again with fees.I send payment they never receive it and I was never told . I never got a notice now they are sending to court.This is obsered.the noise is terrible. I left my keys in my house once they wanted to charge me 50.00 dollars to replace. Now I'm looking to move.
