I have been at this community for almost a year now. I truly enjoy living here. I remember the community before Audubon Communities took over. The place look like the slums. Gangs, drugs, and a whole lot other riff-raff was taking place. Now the owners are taking part on lots of renovations. Yes, they say they are gonna change this and that but you can't expect it to happen over night. The change didn't happen overnight. I would reccomend everyone I knew to move to this community. The neighbors are great, friendly people. We even have residents that have been in the community for over 30 years. You can even ask them how beautiful this place is. With previous owners maintenance would take forever to get things done, now when you call and put in a work order, the techs actually call before coming to your apartment. The office staff is amazing!! The two young girls in the office are very helpful and friendly. Whenever you have a problem they are willing to help and find a solution to the problem.

I haven't had any problems in my apartment for an entire year!! Never needed to call an exterminator for bugs or rodents. Nothing ever broke, and if a light went out, I would change it myself. Maintenance is for emergencies not petty things like that unless you are unable to do it yourself.

I don't know what else to say...if you are looking for a beautiful community inside and out then this is the place. I love it here and plan on staying for a long time.
