I can definitely say that the bad outweighs the good for me at Audobon Place and I am looking to move as soon as I can. First, the model that I saw is NOT the 1 bedroom apt in which I currently live. It appears to have shrunk shortly before I moved in. Second, the plumbing situation is awful. As already stated, good luck in getting your toilet to flush but I actually had someone else's bath water filling my tub everytime they took a shower. The walls are thin and every word your neighbor utters can be heard loud and clear. The office staff is okay less the one rep that is so interested in filling apts she will forget to give you all of your paperwork. That's not a problem unless you mind having your car towed for improper credentials. Also, the parking... Let's put it this way, this complex is great for those WITHOUT a vehicle. If you get home from work after 5:30 forget it, not a single spot in the lot. And forget about street parking as those spots available are tickectable. I have paid at least $1,500 to Bellevile Municipal Plaza since arriving in Jan. Oh, and then there is the laundry room. I care less about the size of the washers and more about the brown sediment and water that ruined my whites. Two weeks ago I was home for my first adventure with the Belleville Fire Dept and the mysterious gas leak. Apparently this happens sometimes but I had been fortunate enough not to be home in the past. Sat on the lawn for two hours watching this situation unravel.
Audobon Place is a great place to live if your moving in from a housing project in any major American City. If not, I would advise you look elsewhere. It is too expensive for the aggravation. If they kept everything else as nice as the grounds it would have potential....

Wow, I have lived here for about 22 years to date, and I have seen this go from an undesirable place to a very attractive community! For you to say "Audubon Place is a great place to live if you???re moving in from a housing project" C'mon get real why are you still here? It seems to me you have the American epidemic "BLAME SOMEONE ELSE"! Too expensive ok, on that note good luck and god bless!
