The new manager for the property is doing a better job maintaing our community and is very willing to accomadate all our needs. Please take time to meet with him.

The "new manager" mentioned is gone. He was not "very willing to accommodate all our needs." However, he was slightly better than the previous manager. But all the managers past and present are disorganized and on a regularly basis notify tenants of amounts supposedly owing on their accounts that are not, in fact, actually owing. It is a big problem, and the management needs to do a better job of keeping accurate accounting records of rent payments.
