Although they believe I live in a bubble. I do not. I pay rent and expect the property management to take care of the property and any problems associated with the property that arise. This has not been the case. We have a flea issue that stems from the outside premises. Outside flea infestation occurs when the grass and grounds are not maintained properly. The property manager in my opinion is both a con-artist and liar. He pretends to be polite and helpful but his overall actions are very contradictory. He told me fruit flies were biting me and as the name implies those bugs bite fruit not human beings. We have spent alot of time, energy, stress and money trying to correct the flea problem within the apartment. And so long as the outside is un treated it dosen't matter what you do inside. The fleas will just keep coming in. As of this weekend I have two new flea bites just waiting for a car service to pick me up. I have over 50 bites throughout my body. I have been, lived in the suburbs and never have I encountered a problem like this.

The exterminator is not helpful and said he sprayed some chemical everywhere but didn't move a thing in the apartment.

There are other problems with this place: Shotty work done in the apartment,loud music from parked cars at times and there is also a roach issue. Although my husband and I were able to rectify that issue ourselves.

We are very clean people and I am tired and frustrated with fighting these bugs and convincing the property management that I am not delusional . I am pregnant expecting in November I don't want these bugs biting my child. Would you' Or anyone else' All my energy should be focused on my baby due in November not fleas entering my home.

If others have good experiences living here, good for you, I have not and cannot wait to move out. I have lived in better places and looking forward to changing my circumstance.

I'm sorry to hear that...I hope you all the best in your stay here, and please give it some time and allow the Manager to do his best. Take it from me I have been here so long I think I own this house some times and he is the only one that has tryed changed this place from what it use to be, and I have been thru some managers that are just what you said liars and conartists good luck

QUESTION FOR THE MANAGMENT!!! I PD THE DOWNPAYMENT AND THE SECURITY, HOWEVER I WAS NOT ABLE TO MOVE IN BECUASE I HAD TO TRAVEL OUT OF JERSEY FOR WORK. I EXPLAINED TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER MY PROBLEM AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. I HAD NOT YET GOTTEN KEYS TO MY APT, NOR HAD I MOVED ANYTHING IN. ALSO I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I WILL BE BACK IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND IF HE CAN RENT ME A VACANT APT THEN. HE TOLD ME NO! PLEASE TELL ME IF THERE IS ANYTHING AT ALL THAT I CAN DO. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICAITED IT. I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO MY MOVE. HOWEVER, A SITUATION BEYOND MY CONTROL OCCURED. IF I CANT MOVE IN, WHY CANT I ATLEAST GET MY SECURITY/DEPOSTI BACK?? Hey if you haven't signed the lease yet he has to give you back your money or take them to court....If you did sign the lease take him to court. either way he has to correct the wrong that he did...
