I lived here a couple of years back and let me tell you, When someone makes a complaint magically Mr. Anonymous always have something " positive" to say about this hell hole called Audubon Place. This place is just one step above housing for the amount of money you have to dish out is outrageous. People DONOT BE FOOLED!!! The "model apartments" are not exactly like the actual units. The real units are smaller and dirtier filled with bugs!!! and cheap carpeting.He thinks (GARCIA) that he's cleaver but it's actually the oppisite. And gotta love his whiny voice And I like the colorful phrases you use when he's his alter ego Mr.Anonymous. We the public are not "STUPID" as you think we are Mr. Garcis oh, excuse me Mr. Anonymous.Oh how can I forget the constant lying that you do so darn well. Do us a world a favor Mr. Anonymous and just disapear from this face of the earth. YOU SCUMBAG BASTARD!!! I am the real Anonymous who represents the public not the Charlatanthat is the property management. It pisses me off how this complex takes advantage of unsuppecting people who just want to live in a decent place. But as a good person I'll forgive you since I am no longer a victim of your vice. Thank you.

i would have told you the Apt i live in but i dont want to associate with somebody who thinks he knows everything. My review was a real 1 and i dont know what your problem is. Garcia might be full of crap but some of the apts are good and i am sorry u got bug problems. The only problem i had was with neighbours being too loud and walls to thin. Also they dont clean up when it snows etc....which sucks

I am absolutely sick of this place and can;t wait until my lease is up. The office people are rude and liers. Theirs always problems with the heat, hot water, bugs, etc...etc..the rent is equals the cost of a mortgage. The city of Belleville shoudl be ashamed and needs to investigate the serious issues their tax payers are facing in such a finacially troubling time. $1000-1400 for what, if nothing is done I will file legal charges.
