I have lived here for three years and am thankfully moving out very soon. The management has changed frequently since I moved in. They are a little better than when I first moved in, but they are unorganized and the left hand does not know what the right hand does. They tell you that you owe them $400 but they don't know why and that you have to pay it. Then they say they will talk to their acountant about it and you never hear from them again...until they remember that you owe them $400.
The place is VERY old: pipes, ceilings floors, bathroom and in the winter the heaters keep my apartment at about 80 degrees.
The grounds are constantly being worked on, but always look like crap. The sidewalks fill with mud EVERY time it rains.
Parking is okay but if you come home after 6pm you have to park in BFE (a.k.a. really far away). If you can avoid this place, DO!

It was cheap for the size. I knew I was leaving in 3 years. My husband finshed law school.

Did they raise the rent every year? Sorry-don't mean to be nosey but I just moved in and have a similar time plan-while my daughter finishes high school in 2 years. The lady at the office told me 4% but since I've already caught her in a couple of "exagerrations", now I'm worried. Thanks.
