A simply NO NO NO, if you want a peace ( ugh piece) of mind.

Do not talk to the Manager, she never talks to anybody with a straight face. She is nasty, she is not friendly. She will not give you the correct info and she will not work. There is no one to listen to.
Staff is good but they are helpless.

If you have to move, then don't do on Saturdays. There will be no one to help you move. Manager doesn't work on Sat and if you happen to see her near office, you'll not get any help from her.

If you have to report some problem, open 10 work orders for the same, you'll get the thing done finally. If the guy comes to your house then don't leave anything pending, ask him to fix everything.

Be prepared to be without gas for first few days, do not schedule the GAS to be turned on when you're not there, office doesn't help in doing that.

PSEG said someone had to be in the apartment they came early and i was able to leave to work thereafter.its not the office responsibility to cater them into your home after they give u the key. makes sense. and its also not their responsibility to help you move once u have your key. i don't expect them to walk my dog either.sounds like someone wants a butler and maid.
