This is by far the worst managed apartments. Nobody cleans outdoors, repairs anything indoors and gives a damn to resident's issues. Since winter I have been burning inside my home due to the heating system. I am not joking, its just hot and burning. Nobody even seems to bother about optimising temperatures. There is no proper maintanenece department. Even emergency maintanence calls get bumped. There have been nights when my only bathroom sink was not functional. There is a laundry room with no machines in good condition. I have lost so many quarters in them trying to wash my clothes. Anything with even the least sanity left in him/her should run away from this place before signing. I am not exxagerating, this place is extremely terrible. Honestly they don't even deserve a single star.

did you try opening a window? who lets themselves burn? what do you mean your only bathroom sink was not functional? did everything else work? I don't get it.

I totally agree.since the heat is FREE...open some windows...it feels better too...if the sink was not working did u try plunging (unless water was cut off).sounds just like someone is whining.
