When i read the reviews i was skeptical, but after moving in i wasnt disappointed as bad as i thought. The 1BR apt are cozy enough for a couple and a dog (just like me). this is the first time having and apt and if you dont have a lot of things, you will do fine. If you own lots of furniture u might run into trouble since it is small.the kitchen is a kithchenette but i manage to make it work.they control the heat but since its included i dont mind opening the windows and having all the hot air go out.Overall its good. Most of the people own dogs.our apt was not run down but a few things we are keeping an eye on (small crack in wall,closet off hinge).I always lived in the city so for me this is def nicer. the parking is somewat full but the walk doesn't bother me.If you are a picky person (or have lived in really nice rich towns) this place is not for you. It right outside the city in a nice town. management so far seem to be on top of their stuff. if anything they need to clean the lawn better and not let the leaves rot. but i can't complain. for 959 i dont expect stainless steel appl especially in NJ during these times. Do i see myself having potential problems ...possibly. Do i see myself being here longer than my lease...depends on if i run into real problems.

Wish the 1BR apt were bigger but we wil lmanage. More parking would be better but will manage. Controlled heat would be preferred but since i dont pay it doesnt bother to just open the window (i noticed they turn it off during the night. i guess so people dont leave their windows open to potential robbery) I feel decently safe but i have alwasy lived in the urban city where crime was very much around.I see police but feel safer that police is around.I don't mind noise. people are entitled to make noise but not crazily and i have not encountered that.

Overall..not bad...good...not greatest...but good.
