Lets start off that i'm a facilitys manager for over 12years and have not seen the crap that i've seen here in any of my years but, don't pay the rent late cause this so called management will charge you $50 late fee if you hold the rent for work not completed they will take you to court even if you let them know, horrible management, horrible landscaping, property maintained poorly half---- work, wheres David he ran this place way better than whats happending now!! It suck when you pay all this money and you live in conditions that are sub par!! My apartment smells from the basement sewer system being un-capped and sump pumps not working properly, mosquitos' thiving in sump-pump area that are not working,they are full of sewer water that standing still in sump area they (MOSQUITOS) have been finding there way into my apartment and we been waking up with bites for the last two weeks we thought there was fleas in the house till we killed about 8 mosquitos friday morning (4/3/09), theres so much appliances down in the basement area that from my knowledge that is a fire hazzard, if there was a fire the fire-fighters will have a big problem getting in that basement entrance these people here don't care the town don't care!! neighbors are nice they deal with same crapppp!!PICTURES WILL BE POSTED!!

i called the owners of audobon and they were just as unprofessional they told me i had to work it out with stephanie and you know how bad she is

I used to have similar troubles until recently. When calling management office ask for Cynthia. Definitely the most respectful, understanding and honest person in management. If she tells you she will take care of it, consider it done!

This place is ----n disaster no matter what ------- they put in the office this place is ----n -------- all they how to do is collect money!! I hope who ever Owns this place goes bankrupt they don't care for there tenants all they care about is where the rent not that your apartment is falling apart but don't let someone move out they fix those apartments quick to get another sucker to move in!! Stay away from any place that is ran by audubon communitys these ------- suck --- I'm ----n ripp ---- right now I hope some ------ punches one the ------- owners in face hard as hell!!! ---- audubon place and it's owners I hope they get what they deserve!!!!!! I'm ready for what ever!!!
