Worst apartment complex I have ever resided in! The maintenance staff are useless. If they actually arrive at your apartment its weeks later then the problem and then they arrive without tools and just look dumbfounded with the problem on hand. My door use to get stuck and wouldn't open and the maintenance guy told me just to push real hard against the door a couple of times eventually it will open.. talk about a fire hazard. From October-November I rarely had a working shower I use to have to go to the gym just to get hot water. I had no heat in my apartment for months because maintenance couldn't figure out the problem and thought their friendly suggestion of extra clothing was suffice. You are subjected to noise of your neighbors. I can always tell what the downstairs neighbors are watching without any effort. The neighbors across the way leave smelly dirty diapers in the hallway. The parking is horrendous. Don't have a real job and work M-F 9am-5pm because you will find yourself circling around looking for parking. Its unsafe my vehicle was damaged and the police said its a bad neighbored and told me I should leave ASAP. Management has no clue how to record rent as they constantly send letters under door looking for more money and even when you provide evidence of bill paying they still don't know how to correct the problem and blame it on property manager who has even less of a clue of what is going on. The staff is unprofessional. I hope the board of health shuts them down soon!!!

I totally agree i bet i know exactly who told you to put on more clothing. this is the worst run management staff around they need to be put on channel 9 news i just moved out 2 months ago and you dont know how good life is as soon as your lease is up run and get your freedom like i did
