First like everyone else has said the walls are so thin you can hear everything. Which could turn out to be a living nightmare if you get my neighbors how love to BLAST music til 4am!!!! The super should have retired 20 years ago so don't count on him to fix or take care of any noise problem. Then if you call the property manager about a problem you get the same response: "well the guy is on vacation so you'll have to wait a couple of days." In the meantime you have to put up with the problem...I had a broken toilet and had to wait 3 days!!! Can you imagine the nerve. They're CHEAP! Hallway rugs are stained.
