This complex is an easy place to get into if your a couple first starting out. it has a sliding scale deposit based on credit, so if you have no credit you just pay more up front. during the year we lived here there were some noisy neighbors, but generally its pretty quiet. the cops, like clockwork, were there every weekend and we found that some of the management personnel can be difficult to work with about getting maintenance. we have had a few bad incidents with the apartment including: ant infestation, pieces of the ceiling breaking off and leaking water, and the garbage disposal breaking on multiple occasions. sometimes it got fixed right away, but sometimes we got the feeling that management had selective-amnesia about getting our repairs. For instance, despite regular reminders, we had water leaking into our apt for 2 weeks before they got around to throwing a tarp over the building and over 4 months to get the roof fixed. The maintenance guys are pretty friendly though and we received our security deposit back in full when we moved. Also, on the plus side, theres a good amount of privacy particularly for south jersey, ample parking, and a lot within walking/bike riding distance. Overall, its not a bad place to live. I definitely feel wiser having lived here. we're laid back and fairly tolerant people, someone more high-strung might want to keep looking.

Cops were there like clockwork this person says. And they make the rounds of all the apt complexes in town do they? This place really needs to be shaken up. Making a buck at the expense of the tenants is criminal. Perhaps the tenants could start a petition to get management shaken up.
