This is the biggest joke of a complex. The office management and staff are also a joke! Nothing ever gets fixed. Never have hot water. Their excuse for this was that the apartments on the end units take longer to heat up. Numerous of my belongings were ruined due to a continuous leak from the ceiling everytime it rained! It was not fixed after complaining about this for over a year! My Window did not lock and was not fixed for 6 months after I let the office know. They have had the biggest maintenance turnover I have ever seen. Giant waterbugs are a big problem!!! Basically the parking lot was a teenage party hangout!! Horrible place to live. Renter beware..or get renter's insurance!!!!I WISH I DID!!! My car was hit while parked and the person took off. The sidewalks do not get shoveled when it snows..Did I say maintenance is horrible''''If you live on the first floor beware..I found out my air conditioning was also air conditioning the apartment above me...Office is aware of the situation but will only have it fixed if renter figures this out!! Your not suppose to have pets but many renters on this property have pitbulls! One more thing....do not dare to do your laundry..it is the most disgusting room ever...smells like urine..washers don't get out of rinse cycle and 1 of the 8 dryers actually work!!
