hmmm lets see.
Parking-sucks.
Noise-My neighbors fight all the time. I can hear every word and I can tell when they're smokin pot because my kitchin STINKS.
Grounds- 5 out of 8 balcony lights are blown out on my building. There is a landfill growing in the woods adjacent to my building (whole trash bags left there decaying). A k-mart shopping cart (filled with trash) has been sitting in front of my building for 6 weeks now. No ones moved it.
Safety-I've read horror stories on other websites
Maintenece-Had a problem with a light switch. Filled complaint out in november. Filled second complaint out in january, February they came but couldn't figure problem out. Never came back like they promised
