Wouldn't recommed it to anyone that I really liked.

Rent increase this year was $50.00 - I think that's insane. The biggest problem I've encountered are the inconsiderate neighbors....it's like a college dorm, party after party. If you're into that, then HYDE PARK is your place!!!!
