I have read all of the reviews and I feel totally different. I have lived here for 2 years and have just renewed for another year. The office staff is great and I have never had a problem with the maintenance staff. In the 2 years that I have lived here I only had to call for maintenance 2x. The parking is great. We are close to shopping and all of the major highways. Hyde Park is not as bad as everyone thinks. This is a nice property and I have enjoyed living here very much.

While on the surface this review may seem like it was from an actual resident, it is in fact another false review by the management staff that reads more like a brochure. We are not close to shopping. Bellmawr is just a place where 295, 42, and the NJ Turnpike meet. Large industrial parks, Postal processing facility and district offices. NO SHOPPING. Unless you're looking for dope in which case Hyde Park will be a must-see!
