Worst apatment in Bellmawr area

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Three years ago it was good. The management changed and so did the attitude. Increasing incidences of burglary and car breaks. MAnagement does not care. The general maintenance is really awful. The bathroom ceiling is a classic example. You can't look up once you are inside the bathroom. I dont recommend to anyone.
But the rent'. Well it has been seeing only upward tendencies. Either Echelon Glenn or Village is far superior.
